We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, which is why we've created a straightforward and hassle-free return policy.

Return Policy

Eligible Returns

  • Unused, unopened products in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund
  • Products with manufacturing defects can be returned within 90 days for a replacement or full refund
  • Damaged items during shipping can be returned within 14 days (please include photos of the damaged packaging)

Non-Eligible Returns

  • Products that have been used, unless defective
  • Products without original packaging or missing components
  • Products purchased during clearance sales marked as "Final Sale"
  • Intimate hygiene products that have been opened (for health and safety reasons)

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Our Team: Email support@branwellandco.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Receive Return Authorization: We'll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1-2 business days
  3. Pack Your Return: Securely package the item in its original packaging if possible
  4. Ship Your Return: Send your package to the address provided in your return authorization email
  5. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 3-5 business days), we'll process your refund

Refund Options

  • Original payment method refund (3-5 business days for credit cards, 7-10 business days for bank transfers)
  • Store credit (with 10% bonus value)
  • Exchange for another product

Return Shipping Costs

  • Returns due to our error (wrong item, defective product, or damaged in shipping): We cover return shipping with a prepaid label
  • Returns due to change of mind or incorrect size selection: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
